How do I
place an order?
Simply use the site's navigation bar at the top of the screen to select the menu items you'd like, adding them to the cart with the corresponding buttons accordingly and, when finished, complete your transaction to order your items for in-store or curbside pickup! Since we only accept cash as a form of payment, you don't have to worry about entering any info beyond the required contact info and your Medical Marijuana Patient ID! Your tax will be determined and your price adjusted, if any adjustment is required, by the time of purchase.
What about Payment
The mandates and regulations in place for the City of Portland prohibit the use of electronic payments for both medical and recreational cannabis, so at this time we're only able to accept Cash as a form of payment. Although we're currently not offering Deliveries, we're establishing curbside service, and we also have an ATM located within the store's premises for our patients' convenience!
What about Returns & Refunds?
The mandates and regulations in place for the City of Portland state that no refunds or returns are to be issued for any products containing either THC or CBD. Of course, if a product doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't enter the sales rotation and doesn't get offered to our patients, but if a patient finds a product defective or unsatisfactory, we'd like to apologize and ask that you please reach out using either the forms on this page or the contact info provided and hopefully we can resolve whatever issue you're experiencing!
What about Vendors?
We would love to hear from you! If you're a vendor with products of your own to sell or stock in someone's store, first of all, we genuinely appreciate your consideration, and we're always open to hearing from others in our field! What about this Out-of-Stock item?
Unfortunately, due to the agricultural nature of the medical cannabis business, we aren't able to always carry every item listed in stock, and all provisions are only offered while supplies last! We apologize if the item you're currently seeking isn't listed in stock, but feel free to use the provided forms to reach out and see if it's something we may able to carry again for you!
